Other Pets Allowed:Â “We welcome up to 2 pets per townhomes home. There is a $200 non-refundable pet fee for one pet, and $400 for two. Pet rent is $40 a month per pet. $80 for two pets. We can offer the option to pay pet deposits and pet fees in lieu of participating in our lease lock program. The pet deposit would be $200 per pet, in addition to $200 pet fees. No weight limit, however aggressive breeds are prohibited. Pet screening is required for all applicants. ”
